nutrition, counseling, mind-body medicine, herbs, homeopathy,

and acupuncture. This approach helps to achieve long-term health

My particular areas of clinical focus include: women’s health and

fertility concerns, digestive disorders, IBS, anxiety, depression,

Sandy Wallace, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

 

Sandy employs both Swedish and non-Swedish massage

techniques, including hydro-therapy applications, remedial

exercises, trigger point release, and is also trained in massage

therapy treatment for pregnant women and infants.

 

Sandy is experienced in treatment for stress-reduction and relaxation,

managing chronic and acute injuries , tension & migraine

headaches, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel syndrome,

gastro-intestinal conditions, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue

syndrome, amongst others. Covered by most extended health

T'agyol has been in professional practice since 2000. He  

practices Zen Shiatsu, Acupuncture and Moxibustion in a

classical and  traditional way.He holds a Diploma In Zen Shiatsu

and is a Licensed  Acupuncturist. He is a member in good standing

with the OAATCM, ZSS and SSO and is a Holistic Practitioner with

the City of Toronto.

Carolyn Lamb moved her Registered Massage Therapist Practice

to the Vidya Institute in 2009. A graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic she is skilled in both Swedish and

deep-tissue massage techniques and also offers highly relaxing

Hot Stone massages – to help clients deal with muscle strains or injuries, headaches, carpal tunnel and other repetitive strain problems and sports injuries. She also has specific training in massage for pregnant women. Carolyn’s services are covered by

most extended health Benefit Plans and receipts are provided for

all treatments.
